Pitcher of the Day: Nobody in the top 30 or even in the organization did anything to take this honor today.
Hitter of the Day: Emil Morales(4) banged out his 16th home run for the Loons and pushed his OPS over .900 for the first time this year joining Davalan(6) and Quintero(2) in the plus .900 OPS group. Not a bad 1 2 3 to start a game with. Ah the days when Ohtani/Betts/Freeman all had that plus .900 OPS.
OKC Dodgers: OKC scored 13 runs but of the offense was propelled by ex-Major Leaguer players like Alec Thomas and Kim. Ward did have three hits(27) and a walk, Tibbs III(8) had two hits and a walk, while Ehrhard(16) picked up three walks. Noah Miller(21) was 1/5. Ferris(14) gave up nine runs in 4 2/3 in relief.
Tulsa Drillers: Sirota(2) might have had his worst game since turning professional with three strikeouts in four at-bats. De Paula(1) managed one single and walk in four plate appearances. Wagner(29) had two walks, Hainline(22) had two singles and walk. Jacob Kmatz(28) went one scoreless inning.
Great Lake Loons: Besides Morales no one did anything of note. Quintero had a walk, Elkins(30) had two singles. Mairoshendrick Martinus(24) continues to struggle since his promotion.
Ontario Tower Buzzers: I watched Vargas(19) lace a double to RCF that turned out to be his only hit. Shelton went hitless again, Ko had two singles. Very quiet day for Ontario.
